فيما يلي جميع التفاصيل المتعلقة بمواعيد التسليم، وشروط الضمان، وإجراءات الاستبدال، لضمان الشفافية وتقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا.

🚚 سياسة الشحن

• بغداد: توصيل في اليوم التالي للطلبات داخل بغداد.

• باقي المحافظات: التوصيل خلال يومين كحد أقصى لجميع المدن الأخرى في العراق.

نحن نتعاون مع شركات شحن موثوقة لضمان التسليم الآمن والدقيق في الوقت المحدد

🔁 سياسة الاستبدال (لا يوجد استرجاع)

• لا يوجد استرجاع للمنتجات.

• الاستبدال فقط في حالة وجود خلل مصنعي مثبت في المنتج.

⚙️ قواعد الضمان والصيانة والاستبدال

1. يشمل الضمان فقط الأعطال الناتجة عن خلل مصنعي في المنتج خلال فترة الضمان المحددة، ولا يشمل أي أضرار ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.

2. سوء الاستخدام يشمل – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر – ما يلي:

   • الكسر أو التلف الناتج عن سقوط الجهاز أو تعرضه للصدمات.

   • الاستعمال العنيف للقطع مثل الضرب أو الضغط الزائد أو الاستخدام غير الطبيعي.

   • اتساخ القطع بشكل مستمر نتيجة الإهمال أو عدم التنظيف الدوري.

   • سكب السوائل (المشروبات أو غيرها) على الجهاز أو مكوناته.

   • تعرض الجهاز لدخان السجائر أو الأركيلة أو الرطوبة أو درجات الحرارة العالية.

   • تثبيت ملفات أو برامج أو ألعاب من خارج المتاجر الرسمية.

   • تصفح مواقع غير آمنة أو تحتوي على فيروسات أو برمجيات ضارة.

   • أي تعديل أو صيانة غير مصرح بها من قبل مراكز الخدمة الرسمية.

   • يجب تنظيف القطع تحت إشراف المركز الرئيسي كل فترة من 3 إلى 6 أشهر لتجنب تراكم الأتربة ووصولها إلى المكونات الحساسة.

3. الاستبدال:

   • يحق للزبون استبدال القطعة فقط في حالة وجود خلل مصنعي مثبت.

   • يتم الاستبدال وفق القوانين المذكورة وضمان المتجر، وتخضع أيضًا لضمان الوكيل الرسمي والسياسات المعتمدة من الشركات والمواقع الرسمية وسلاسل التوريد الرسمية.

   • في حال عدم توفر نفس القطعة، يتم استبدالها بقطعة مكافئة من حيث المواصفات والقيمة بعد موافقة الزبون.

4. العلبة الأصلية والرقم التسلسلي:

   • في حالة وجود أي خلل مصنعي في أي قطعة، يجب على الزبون إحضار العلبة الأصلية الخاصة بالقطعة نفسها.

   • لا يمكن إجراء أي استبدال أو تعويض دون وجود العلبة الأصلية، كونها تحتوي على الرقم التسلسلي (Serial Number) الذي يثبت مطابقة القطعة للضمان الرسمي.

5. ملحقات الإكسسوارات (مثل الكيبورد، الماوس، السماعة، الماوس باد وغيرها):

   • تخضع لنفس شروط الضمان وسوء الاستخدام المذكورة أعلاه.

   • مدة الضمان الرسمية 3 أشهر وتشمل فقط الأعطال الناتجة عن خلل مصنعي.

6. شروط الصيانة خارج الضمان:

   • الضمان هو ضمان استبدال فقط في حالة وجود خلل مصنعي مثبت.

   • في حال رغبة الزبون بصيانة المنتج لأي سبب آخر غير مشمول بالضمان، يتم دفع أجور الصيانة بالكامل حسب نوع العطل وتكلفته.

🔍 فحص المنتج والمدة الزمنية للاستبدال

عند استلام المنتج، يقوم فريقنا بفحص دقيق للتحقق من سبب المشكلة.
بعد الانتهاء من الفحص، تبدأ عملية الاستبدال، ويتم إبلاغ الزبون بنتيجة الفحص والمدة الزمنية المتوقعة للاستبدال خلال مدة أقصاها 7 أيام من تاريخ وصولها إلى المركز الرئيسي.

في حال وجود أي تلاعب بالجهاز أو العبث بالقطع الرئيسية، يسقط حق الزبون بالمطالبة بالضمان أو الاستبدال.

Shipping, Warranty, and Replacement Policy

Welcome to our Shipping, Warranty, and Replacement Policy page.
Below you’ll find all the essential details regarding delivery timelines, warranty coverage, and replacement procedures — ensuring full transparency and excellent service.

🚚 Shipping Policy

• Baghdad: Next-day delivery for all Baghdad orders.

• Other Cities: Delivery within 2 days to all other locations in Iraq.

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

🔁 Returns and Replacements Policy

• No Returns: We do not offer product returns.

• Replacements Only: We provide replacements exclusively for defective items verified by inspection.

⚙️ Warranty, Maintenance, and Replacement Terms

1. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse.

2. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

   • Breakage or damage from drops or impact.

   • Aggressive use of components, such as hitting or applying excessive pressure.

   • Continuous dirt buildup due to poor maintenance.

   • Liquid spills on any part of the device.

   • Exposure to cigarette or hookah smoke, humidity, or heat.

   • Installing software, files, or games from unofficial sources.

   • Visiting unsafe or virus-infected websites.

   • Unauthorized modifications or servicing.

   • Components must be cleaned every 3–6 months under supervision of the main service center to prevent dust from reaching sensitive parts.

3. Replacement:

   • Customers are entitled to a replacement only for verified manufacturing defects.

   • Replacement is carried out according to the store’s warranty policy and also subject to the official distributor’s warranty and the policies of authorized brands, websites, and supply chains.

   • If the same model is unavailable, an equivalent product of similar value and specifications will be provided upon approval.

4. Original Box and Serial Number:

   • For any manufacturing defect, the original box must be provided with the defective item.

   • No replacement or compensation will be processed without the original packaging, as it contains the serial number needed for verification.

5. Accessories (such as keyboards, mice, headsets, and mouse pads):

   • Subject to the same warranty and misuse conditions.

   • The official warranty period for accessories is 3 months, covering only manufacturing defects.

6. Out-of-Warranty Maintenance:

   • The warranty is replacement-only for manufacturing defects.

   • If the customer requests repair for issues not covered by the warranty, the full repair cost will be charged based on the fault and service requirements.

🔍 Product Inspection and Replacement Timeline

Upon receiving the product, our team performs a thorough inspection to determine the cause of the issue.
Once the inspection is completed, the replacement process begins, and the customer will be notified of the inspection results and the estimated replacement period — within a maximum of 7 days from the date the product reaches our main center.

If any tampering or interference with the main hardware components is detected, the customer’s right to warranty or replacement will be void.
